Job summary

ITConnect Sp. z o.o. is seeking a DevOps Engineer for a banking-sector project focused on automated loan application and approval processes.

You will design and deploy scalable infrastructure, build CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with business teams to optimize workflows. The role requires several years of DevOps experience with cloud technologies, scripting, SQL, and monitoring tools, and experience with loan processing or core banking systems.

• Design and deploy scalable infrastructure supporting loan IQ
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure end-to-end process automation
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements using modern monitoring tools
• Integrate systems and optimize workflows for seamless loan application and approval procedures
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or similar field
• Several years of DevOps experience with expertise in CI/CD tools and cloud technologies
• Strong understanding of financial services workflows and core banking concepts
• Proficiency in scripting languages, SQL, and monitoring tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
• Have experience specifically with loan processing or banking systems
• Possess advanced knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies
• Demonstrate experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
