DCG is seeking an experienced CI/CD Engineer to optimize pipelines and orchestrate deployments across DEV to PROD environments. You will implement automated build and deployment workflows, monitor system health, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires strong scripting, Linux experience, and fluency in English to support an international team. This position is based in Warsaw with opportunities to grow within a dynamic recruitment-focused tech

Formación

• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines across DEV to PROD environments.
• Strong scripting skills in at least one language (Bash/PowerShell/Python).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with code repositories (Git, Bitbucket) and build tooling (Maven).
• Knowledge of internal dev platforms (Backstage) and artifact repositories (Artifactory).
• Fluent English, strong collaboration in international teams.
• Understanding of SDLC and QA automation processes.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all existing pipelines are working as smoothly as possible every day (this is the main part of CICD team's daily life)
• Design and implement automated build and deployment pipelines through all the environments from DEV to PROD, and the related tooling and working practices
• Design and implement visualization of system health and operational status of different builds and deployments in the pipelines
• Participate in internal team status calls, planning events, and knowledge sharing sessions
• Participate in final dress rehearsals, release go live events, and migration events in Production after business hours or during weekends
• Co-operate with other experts and managers in own and other teams when troubleshooting issues in the pipelines, or planning some new improvements
• Ensure security and compliance in the CI/CD process
• Document processes and provide training to team members

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of CI/CD platforms: Bamboo, Jenkins, Tekton, GitHub Actions or similar tools
• Very good knowledge of version control tools: Bitbucket, Git or similar tools
• Very good knowledge of build tools: Maven
• Good knowledge of GitOps and deployment automation tools: ArgoCD
• Good knowledge of Internal Developer Platforms: Backstage
• Good knowledge of artifact repositories: Artifactory or similar tools
• Good knowledge of scripting languages (at least one): Bash, PowerShell, Python
• Experienced in working with Linux OS
• Experience with DB SQL: SQL commands and DB operations (Oracle preferred)
• Experience with containerization and orchestration: Docker and Kubernetes (MKE, GKE, vCluster)
• Experience with collaboration tools: MS Teams, Jira, Confluence
• Fluent spoken and written English skills (as the team is international)
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
• Experience with automation and scripting
• Excellent analysis and troubleshooting skills

Nice to have:

• Infrastructure as Code and automation tools: Terraform, Ansible AWX
• Configuration management: Puppet, Chef
• Software engineering: Java or C#
• Application servers: WebLogic, OSB, JBoss
• Monitoring tools: AppDynamics, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana
• Security tools/processes: SonarQube, SAST
• Previous experience from making technical level implementation plans, splitting bigger work items into smaller ones, and estimating the needed work effort
• Previous experience from working in Agile team within SAFe organization
• Previous work experience in financial sector with account or payment systems
• Experience from working in multi-country team(s)
• Experience with architectural approach (application integration, environment scalability)
