Job summary

Rezolve Ai is seeking a frontend engineer in Warszawa to build scalable interfaces with React.js, Redux Toolkit, and modern tooling like Vite. You will architect components, author reusable hooks, and drive code quality through automated testing and SonarQube analysis.

You will collaborate with DevOps to containerize apps using Docker and Kubernetes, participate in Agile ceremonies, mentor teammates, and help raise engineering standards across the team.

Qualifications

• Core technical expertise in React.js fundamentals, including components, custom hooks, and lifecycle methods.
• Hands-on experience with modern state management libraries, specifically Redux Toolkit.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build tools, bundlers, and pipelines (e.g., Vite).
• Hands-on experience managing and deploying containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift/ECS.
• Strong relational database expertise, including data model design, SQL, and performance optimization.
• Practical experience with enterprise CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation tools (e.g., TeamCity, Jenkins, Harness, ROD, LightSpeed).
• Deep focus on code quality, including driving high code coverage, conducting thorough peer code reviews, and using SonarQube for static analysis and vulnerability analysis (VA) fixes.
• Proficiency with version control systems and collaborative git workflows using Git, Bitbucket, and GitHub.
• Demonstrated team leadership and mentorship capabilities to guide developers and elevate engineering standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and active experience in Agile/Scrum delivery processes (sprint planning, backlog grooming, task estimation).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Desirable / Secondary Skills: Exposure to enterprise security compliance, full-stack integration patterns, and continuous deployment orchestration in hybrid cloud environments.
