RenewCrew Home Services is hiring a detail-oriented house cleaner for a remote position. You will perform thorough cleanings of residential properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas, and you may work on-site materials or remotely coordinate with Breezeway.

A strong emphasis is placed on accuracy, communication, and timely completion of tasks. The role requires prior housekeeping experience, high attention to detail, and the ability to lift light loads.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a housekeeper or cleaner preferred.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance.

Responsabilités

• Thorough cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas.
• Dusting of all surfaces including fixtures and door frames.
• Cleaning of glass doors and windows; streak-free mirrors and surfaces.
• Restocking and organizing supplies; delivering linens as needed.
• Learning and using Breezeway software to document tasks.
• Report any damages or guest concerns with professionalism.

What we’re searching for:

The perfect candidate for us will be a responsible and experienced house cleaner. Experience working with short-term rental properties is preferred, but not required. Candidates need to be extremely detail oriented and unafraid to go the extra mile to ensure the guests have a great vacation stay. If you’re the type of person who walks by a mostly clean window or a stainless steel fridge and asks yourself “Is that a smudge?!” then this is the job for you. Whoever takes this job will need to be attentive and open to communication and feedback in order to help maintain RenewCrew standards. A full background check is required for this position.

Responsibilities include:

• Thorough cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, etc.
• Dusting of all surfaces including ceiling fans, light fixtures and door frames
• Cleaning glass doors and windows
• Streak free mirrors, stainless steel and stovetops
• Clean cabinet faces
• Thorough general residential cleaning
• Laundry (linens and towels) either on site or in office
• Making of beds and inspecting / setting out towels
• Learning and utilizing the software system Breezeway
• Delivering linens and supplies to properties as needed
• Report any damages to the rooms
• Respond to requests and/or guest complaints with professionalism and patience
• Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and consumables and restock when necessary
• Strictly adhere to health and safety rules and regulations

Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday flexible
• Sundays required
• 10-40 hours per week flexible
