North American Chem-Dry is seeking individuals for a remote customer service role with a sales mindset. You will greet clients, assess their needs, and provide professional recommendations after using our cleaning process.

No prior experience is required, and on-the-job training is provided. Employees enjoy flexible schedules, paid time off, and opportunities to develop in sales and service while contributing to healthier homes.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
• Effectively present information to clients in one-on-one or small group settings
• Be a team player with safe driving record and reliable transportation
• Be able to lift up to 100 lbs using proper lifting technique
• Pass drug screen test
• No experience necessary

Responsibilities

• Perform quality work consistently and at an acceptable pace

Responsibilities:

• Notify client when complete and expertly explain any unusual findings and answer questions
• Complete all required forms accurately and on time
