Job summary

HAVI Logistics Poland is seeking a Demand & Supply Planning Specialist to join our Global Business Services in Kraków. You will deliver accurate demand forecasts, respond to customer requests, and manage stock levels to optimize costs across markets.

The role requires 2+ years in FMCG planning, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Power BI. Fluency in English (B2, written and spoken) is expected in a diverse, collaborative team environment at HAVI Kraków.

Qualifications

• 2+ years professional experience in demand and supply planning within the FMCG sector.
• Proficient in MS Excel; Access is a plus.
• Good written and verbal English (B2).
• Experience using BI tools (Power BI) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provides an accurate demand forecast based on historical sales data using planning systems.
• Responds to customer requests and analyzes restaurant situations (special deliveries, quantity claims, store transfers).
• Identifies items and adjusts safety stocks at market and store level.
• Steers demand and supply planning processes with cost optimization in mind.
• Controls and optimizes forecast quality/accuracy on product level and quantities supplied on item level.
• Uses available information to detect improvement opportunities with analytical tools.
• Coordinates with customers to understand and resolve incidences while providing service.
• Verifies process results against defined KPI’s to evaluate performance.

Demand & Supply Planning Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provides an accurate demand forecast, based on historical sales information using planning system.
• Reacts on customer request and analyzes the restaurant situation (e.g. special deliveries, quantity claims, store transfers etc.)
• Identifies items and adjusts safety stocks on market and on store level.
• Steers the demand and supply planning processes under the cost optimization approach.
• Controls and optimizes the forecast quality/accuracy on product level and the accuracy of supplied quantities on item level.
• Exploits available information to detect areas of improvements using analytical tools.
• Manages and coordinates with the customers the understanding and solution of incidences found while providing the service.
• Verifies the results of the process to evaluate the performance of the service through defined KPI’s

Desired Skills & Experience

• +2 years professional experience in demand and supply planning within the area of fast-moving consumer goods
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications: Excel is a must, Access nice-to-have
• Good written and verbal English language skills (min. B2)
• Ability to work with a BI tool (Power BI) to analyze and exploit information would be an asset.
• Reliability, team-oriented and systematic way of working
• Eagerness to proactively build up and improve own knowledge.
• Knowledge about best practices in the industry regarding demand and supply planning processes would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of supply/ demand planning methods and processes (including statistics) is nice-to-have
