Job summary

Luminator Technology Group is seeking an experienced Demand Planner to support our Supply Chain Team. You will develop accurate demand forecasts, coordinate cross-functional planning activities, and ensure alignment between customer demand, operations, inventory targets, and financial objectives.

Responsibilities include leading monthly forecast updates, identifying risks and opportunities, and preparing executive-level reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, S&OP, or Supply Chain Analytics.
• Experience coordinating planning activities across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience with regional or global S&OP processes is an advantage.
• Fluent English and Polish are must.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term demand forecasts.
• Analyze historical sales data, customer trends, market intelligence, and promotions to improve forecast accuracy.
• Lead monthly forecast updates and communicate demand changes.
• Identify demand risks and opportunities and suggest mitigation plans.
• Organize and lead Pre-S&OP meetings and prepare executive-level presentations.
• Monitor inventory levels and support optimization initiatives.
• Develop and maintain demand planning and S&OP dashboards.
• Analyze KPIs and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Generate regular reports on forecast accuracy, service performance, inventory health, and business trends.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, Procurement, Supply Planning, and Finance.

We are currently looking for an experienced Demand Planner to support our Supply Chain Team.

In this role you will be responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts, coordinating cross‑functional planning activities, and ensuring alignment between customer demand, operational capabilities, inventory targets, and financial objectives.

What you will do:

• Demand Planning
• Develop and maintain long‑term demand forecasts.
• Analyze historical sales data, customer trends, market intelligence, and promotional activities to improve forecast accuracy.
• Review forecast performance and implement corrective actions to address forecast bias and variability.
• Lead monthly forecast updates and ensure timely communication of demand changes.
• Identify demand risks and opportunities and recommend mitigation plans.
• Organize and lead Pre‑S&OP meetings.
• Prepare executive‑level presentations, reports, and recommendations.
• Inventory Planning
• Monitor inventory levels and support inventory optimization initiatives.
• Identify and elevate material shortages, excess inventory, and supply chain risks.
• Develop and maintain demand planning and S&OP dashboards.
• Analyze key performance indicators and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Generate regular reports related to forecast accuracy, service performance, inventory health, and business trends.
• Support data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration.
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, Procurement, Supply Planning, and Finance teams.
• Facilitate consensus forecasting and alignment across business functions.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, S&OP, or Supply Chain Analytics.
• Experience coordinating planning activities across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience with international or regional planning processes is an advantage.
• Technical Skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP and planning systems such as Infor LN, SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, OMP, Blue Yonder, or similar.
• Strong Power BI reporting and dashboard development skills.
• Knowledge of forecasting techniques, demand planning methodologies, and inventory management principles.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and KPIs.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Experience supporting regional or global S&OP processes.
• Fluent English and Polish are must.
