Job summary

Eaton is seeking a DELMIA Ortems (APS) Lead Analyst to drive advanced production planning and scheduling solutions. Based in Poland or Hungary, you will lead design, implementation, and optimisation of APS across manufacturing processes.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, develop scheduling models, and ensure seamless integration with ERP/MES systems while guiding global teams through the full lifecycle of the solution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain.
• Fluent business English; local languages are a plus.
• 2+ years with DELMIA Ortems and delivering APS solutions in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and enhancement of DELMIA Ortems (APS) solutions.
• Design and configure production scheduling, capacity planning, and resource management processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into planning solutions.
• Develop and optimise scheduling models, business rules, and scenarios.
• Support integration between APS, ERP, MES, and other systems.
• Drive testing, validation, performance optimisation, and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical leadership through design to go-live and support.
• Create and maintain functional/technical documentation.
• Partner with global teams to deliver scalable planning solutions.

This position can be based in Hungary or in Poland.

What You’ll Do

We are looking for an experienced DELMIA Ortems (APS) Lead Analyst to drive the design, implementation, and optimisation of advanced production planning and scheduling solutions.

• Lead the implementation and enhancement of DELMIA Ortems (APS) solutions.
• Design and configure production scheduling, capacity planning, and resource management processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse requirements and translate them into effective planning solutions.
• Develop and optimise scheduling models, business rules, and planning scenarios.
• Support integration between APS, ERP, MES, and other enterprise systems.
• Drive solution testing, validation, performance optimisation, and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the full solution lifecycle, from design to go-live and support.
• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation.
• Partner with global teams to deliver scalable, high-quality manufacturing planning solutions.

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Fluent business English, knowledge of local languages is very nice to have
• Substantial professional experience, including at least 2 years working with DELMIA Ortems.
• Proven experience delivering Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS) solutions in manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of: Production Scheduling
• Strong knowledge of: Capacity Planning
• Strong knowledge of: Resource Management
• Strong knowledge of: Constraint-based Planning
• Strong knowledge of: What-if Scenario Simulation
• Strong knowledge of: Hands-on experience configuring and implementing DELMIA Ortems solutions.
• Strong knowledge of: Good understanding of SQL Server, data modelling, and system integrations.
• Strong knowledge of: Experience integrating APS solutions with ERP and MES platforms.
• Strong knowledge of: Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Strong knowledge of: Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Nice to have: Experience with manufacturing transformation or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of APIs, cloud-based solutions, and enterprise architecture.
• Nice to have: Previous experience leading global or cross-functional project teams.
