Job summary

Hexecapital in Wrocław is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to shape how we plan, prioritize, and execute client projects. You’ll partner with the CEO, Chief Growth Officer and Tech Lead to drive performance, quality and predictability across our portfolio.

This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on collaboration across IT teams and clients, including Polish and international brands. You’ll champion AI-powered automation, capacity planning, risk management, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Has at least 4 years of experience leading complex IT projects.
Experience across different industries and ability to transfer practices between teams/clients.
Understands lifecycle of modern web projects (CMS vs headless) and planning implications.
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Linear, Asana).
Understands how AI and automation can improve Delivery and has implemented related solutions.

Responsibilities

Co-create Delivery team processes with CEO, CGO and Tech Lead.
Optimize Delivery processes using modern tools and AI to reduce repetitive work.
Ensure quality, profitability, and predictability across the project portfolio.
Make prioritization and capacity decisions in a dynamic agency environment.
Identify risks early and support Project Managers on challenging projects.
Independently lead selected client projects and drive continuous improvement.
