As a Delivery Manager, you won’t just run projects — you’ll own a portfolio of client engagements end-to-end. From profitability and forecast accuracy, to scope, quality, and client satisfaction. You’ll be accountable for the full P&L of your portfolio, with direct influence on margin, revenue forecasting, staffing, pricing, and client value.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with Engineering, Sales, Talent Teams to drive results that matter: delivered margin, client impact, team health, and scalable delivery standards. You’ll be the person that makes things happen and solves problems before they appear.

Salary:
  • PLN 18.000-28.800 (B2B+ Managerial Contract) + 20 paid days off + bonuses; or
  • PLN 15,000-24.000 gross (Employment Contract) + bonuses.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in portfolio management in IT software services industry,
  • Proven experience in managing a portfolio, including complex, custom and multi-team projects.
  • Deep understanding of delivery economics: margin, utilization, forecasting, pricing.
  • Leadership experience and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • Strong presence and confidence in client conversations (including at executive level) and leading presales.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with high standards for clarity, execution, and accountability.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, conflict, and tradeoffs — and turning them into outcomes.
  • Passionate about scaling what works, fixing what doesn’t, and building systems that last.
  • Fluency in English and Polish.
Nice to have:
  • Certifications (PMP, CSPO, SAFe, Prince2)
  • Background in software consulting, product delivery, or digital transformation
  • Experience in delivery-led growth / account expansion
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, Looker/BI tools, and capacity planning systems
Responsibilities:
  • Owning a portfolio of client engagements, ensuring delivery of promised outcomes, on time and on budget.
  • Driving profitability by managing sold vs delivered margin and forecasting accuracy.
  • Coaching and developing Project Managers within your portfolio — with clear feedback, ownership, and recognition.
  • Building and maintaining senior-level relationships with clients — from product owners to CxOs.
  • Identifying opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, or renewal in collaboration with Sales and Account teams.
  • Leading pre-sales efforts: discovery workshops, delivery shaping, staffing, and estimating.
  • Implementing shared delivery standards: rituals, templates, dashboards, and operating rhythms.
  • Collaborating closely with Engineering to ensure technical quality, velocity, and scalability.
  • Partnering with Talent and Resource Management to drive smart staffing and responsible capacity planning.
  • Reporting on performance, risks, and value — proactively, transparently, and with clarity.
