Job summary

eTeam Workforce sp. z o.o. is hiring a Project Delivery Lead for Data & Analytics to steer an end-to-end Eagle Accounting change program across multiple regions. The hybrid role includes 1 remote day and 4 days on site in Poland, with a 12-month fixed-term contract and potential extension.

The role demands strong delivery leadership in financial services, coordinating product, engineering, data, and implementation teams to ensure governance, plan alignment, and timely client onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex programs in financial services.
• Proven ability to coordinate product, engineering, data and implementation workstreams.
• Strong stakeholder management and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to create structure and governance across diverse requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Eagle Accounting change program for onboarding a major client.
• Establish delivery structure across product, engineering, testing, data and implementation streams.
• Coordinate requirements intake from multiple sources and maintain integrated delivery plans.
• Drive governance routines: status reporting, RAID, dependencies, logs, milestone reviews.
• Provide transparent reporting on progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Accounting Product, Engineering and business teams on requirements and release readiness.
• Translate requirements into deliverables and work packages for teams.
• Manage interdependencies to reduce delivery risk and ensure timely onboarding.
• Facilitate program ceremonies, steering updates, and stakeholder reviews.
