Job summary

RED Global in Warsaw is growing its Delivery Team and is seeking an experienced Delivery Consultant / Senior Resourcer passionate about tech recruitment. You will connect SAP & IT professionals with international clients and build lasting partnerships.

Based in Warsaw with a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office, 2 days remote), you will source and qualify candidates, partner with Sales Consultants, and help shape market insights to identify new business opportunities across the CEE region.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a recruitment agency (1–2 years) in IT contracting or technology recruitment.
• Familiarity with SAP / Business Applications domain is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; able to engage candidates and keep them motivated.
• Proactive mindset and commercial awareness; understands drivers for candidates and clients.
• Team player who is ambitious, organised and enjoys a positive workplace atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality SAP & IT candidates to clients in the CEE region.
