Job summary

BEC Financial Technologies in Warsaw seeks a Subject Matter Expert to partner with development teams, QA, and external vendors to embed best practices in data and environment management within the central QA Team. You will own data masking, subsetting, and environments provisioning, ensuring data consistency across test systems.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with DB2 for z/OS, mainframe tools, and DevOps automation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with data masking and data subsetting.
• Experience in database maintenance, backup and recovery.
• Familiarity with test data provisioning and environment management.
• Operational governance of data processes and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data masking and subsetting processes.
• Manage data refreshes, migrations, and test environments provisioning.
• Ensure data consistency across non-production environments.
• Lead resolution of data-related production incidents.
• Analyse SQL performance and optimize bottlenecks.
• Drive automation and DevOps improvements for data ops.
• Monitor database performance and reliability.
