BEC is a financial technology company delivering IT solutions for Danish banks. You will join the central QA Team as a Subject Matter Expert to embed best practices in data operations, masking, subsetting, and environment management across test environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with data operations, masking and subsetting in complex environments.
• Proficient in SQL performance tuning and database optimization.
• Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of mainframe environments (z/OS) and related tooling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee database maintenance activities (backup, recovery).
• Manage data refreshes, migrations and test environments provisioning.
• Ensure data consistency across test environments and governance of data subsetting/masking.
