- Experience in software delivery, Agile/Scrum, and delivery practices.
- Hands-on development not required, but technical understanding is expected.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Data Tools Team, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
- Oversee capacity planning, workload balancing, and delivery coordination.
- Support Agile processes including sprint planning and capacity planning.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and align priorities with business needs.
- Monitor delivery progress, risks, and dependencies; drive process improvements.
