Job summary

AgileEngine in Poland is seeking a Data Steward who will own how product information moves from business teams to market, validating, enriching, and syndicating data through inRiver across channels. You will resolve data gaps at the source and maintain syndication templates to keep product data accurate and channel-ready.

This role requires 3+ years in data management, fluency in English, and experience with PIM tools (inRiver, Salsify, Informatica, Akeneo) and Excel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data management
• Understanding of data lifecycle
• Experience with multiple data management and stewardship tools
• Experience with inRiver or other PIM tools (Salsify, Informatica, Akeneo)
• Experience with PIM syndication for retailers or marketplaces
• Proficiency in Excel
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Validate product data across core systems to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Upload product data into PIM systems and resolve data gaps with stakeholders.
• Support business teams with product data issues across channels.
• Communicate data requirements to stakeholders to ensure data quality aligned with product launch timelines.
• Create, track, and report on product data and launch status.
• Maintain and reconfigure syndication templates in inRiver.
