Job summary

Accenture Poland's AI Centre of Excellence in Warsaw is seeking a talented AI/ML specialist to join a global team of 9,000+ experts. You will design scalable AI/ML solutions using cloud, generative and agentic AI across client projects, collaborating in agile, cross-functional teams with business and data science colleagues.

You will apply data-driven approaches, deploy ML algorithms, and contribute to cutting-edge initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Physics, Mathematics or Quantitative Methods.
• 2+ years applying data-driven approaches to business with analytics and ML.
• 1+ year delivering analytics projects on cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS).

Education & Experience Requirements (Cumulative):

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in discipline likeInformatics, Physics, Mathematics, Quantitative Methods.
• At least 2 years of experience applying data-driven approaches to business scenarios, including the design and deployment of advanced analytics and machine learning algorithms.
• At least 1 year of experience in delivering analytical projects with top Cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, AWS.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in at least one of programming and query languages like Python, PySpark, SQL.
• Solid understanding of machine learning and data science techniques including:
• Clustering, regression, classification, forecasting
• Neural networks, hyperparameter optimization
• Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs)

Other Skills:

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into robust, data-driven solutions.
• Strong appetite for continuous learning and skill development in emerging AI technologies.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Advanced Technical Expertise

• Experience with frameworks like XGBoost, lgbm, Prophet, Hyperopt, Keras, PyTorch, TensorFlow, sklearn, LangChain, CrewAI, Open AI API, Hugging Face Transformers or Google ADK.
• Experience with generative AI or agentic AI technologies.

Tools & Platforms

• Hands-on experience with Databricks
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Airflow

Working Conditions:

• Location: Our headquarters is in Warsaw, with an additional office in Kraków.
• Flexibility: While most of our work is delivered remotely, our consulting model - through Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) - also involves on-site collaboration. You should be willing and able to travel to client locations across Europe (and occasionally beyond) for short or long-term engagements, depending on project needs.
