Job summary

Accenture Poland’s AI Centre of Excellence in Warsaw collaborates with leading tech providers to build scalable AI solutions that drive real business impact. You’ll apply creativity and analytical thinking to design AI/ML architectures, including generative and agentic systems, in cross-functional teams across cloud platforms and data science.

English proficiency is required. Location is hybrid in Warsaw with travel to client sites across Europe.

Join our AI Centre of Excellence in Poland, part of a global team of 9,000+ AI experts and data scientists. We partner with leading tech providers (AWS, GCP, Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake, SAS) to build scalable AI solutions that drive real business impact.

• Contribute to cutting-edge AI initiatives by applying your creativity, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions using cloud, generative, and agentic AI technologies.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Experience Requirements (Cumulative):

• At least 2 years of experience applying data-driven approaches to business scenarios, including the design and deployment of advanced analytics and machine learning algorithms.
• Within this experience, at least 1 year should involve working with generative AI or agentic AI technologies to build scalable AI/ML solutions.

Technical Skills:

Frameworks & Libraries:

• Python-based AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers, Google ADK.

Cloud Platforms:

• Experience delivering analytical projects using one of the following:
• GCP: Vertex AI, Vector Stores, AI Agents
• Azure: Machine Learning, OpenAI, AI Foundry, AI Search
• AWS: SageMaker, Athena, Forecast, Rekognition, Bedrock

Algorithms & Concepts:

• Solid understanding of machine learning and data science techniques including:
• Clustering, regression, classification, forecasting
• Neural networks, hyperparameter optimization
• Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs)

Other Skills:

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into robust, data-driven solutions.
• Strong appetite for continuous learning and skill development in emerging AI technologies.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Working Conditions:

• Location: Our headquarters is in Warsaw, with an additional office in Kraków.
• Flexibility: While most of our work is delivered remotely, our consulting model - through Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) - also involves on-site collaboration. You should be willing and able to travel to client locations across Europe (and occasionally beyond) for short or long-term engagements, depending on project needs.
