Job description

Tasks:

• Analyze Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), system logs, and structured datasets to support AI agent training and optimization.
• Validate AI-generated outputs and provide actionable feedback for continuous model improvement.
• Develop dashboards and define metrics to monitor and report on AI impact and performance.
• Collaborate closely with software developers and business analysts to align AI solutions with business needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (4+ years) in data science, with a strong foundation in data analysis and machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Familiarity with enterprise data systems such as SAP, OTM, or Denali is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
