B2Spin invites a Data Science Manager to lead and grow the data science team across product, marketing, and performance. You will set quality standards for modelling and experimentation and translate business needs into clear team priorities.

This role requires hands-on data science delivery, strong Python/SQL skills, and experience leading others. You will collaborate with stakeholders and shape the data strategy to maximize impact across the company.

Qualifications

• Hands-on data science background with a track record of delivering models, experiments, or analyses used by other teams.
• Demonstrated depth in at least one domain: recommendations, experimental design/causality, customer segmentation, churn, fraud/anomaly, or CRM analytics.
• Strong command of statistical methods, supervised/unsupervised ML, and causal inference.
• Evidence of leading others — tech lead, mentor, or hiring interviewer; formal people-management is a plus.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data and ML platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• Own the team's output across verticals and shape the data science roadmap to align with business goals.
• Bridge data science and the business by translating stakeholder needs into team priorities and communicating trade-offs to non-technical audiences.
• Raise and hold the quality bar by reviewing modelling approaches, experimental design, and causal inference work.
• Hire, coach, and grow data scientists — run hiring, conduct 1:1s, and partner on performance and career development.
• Drive rigorous experimentation through A/B testing, quasi-experiments, and causal thinking across product and performance tracks.
