Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a data-focused role such as Data Analyst, Data Engineer, SQL Developer, Data Architect, or Data Modeller.
• Expert-level SQL skills with strong knowledge of relational database design, optimization, query tuning, indexing, and data modelling.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis, data transformation, and data integration processes.
• Strong understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing concepts, and data management best practices.
• Experience building business reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions for operational or strategic decision-making.
• Proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, and analytics is highly desirable.
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including BigQuery and reporting tools.
• Ability to work with complex datasets and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience managing priorities, risks, and stakeholder expectations in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end data projects, including data discovery, cleansing, transformation, validation, aggregation, and KPI development.
• Design and maintain scalable data models based on multiple data sources, ensuring alignment with business requirements and data standards.
• Perform data matching, linking, and reconciliation across complex datasets.
• Develop and optimize reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytical outputs using SQL, Python, and cloud-based data platforms.
• Ensure secure and reliable data movement between source and target systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand process logic, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify insights, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and drive mitigation actions.
• Create and maintain clear documentation, including process maps, solution designs, and technical specifications.
• Lead assigned initiatives, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and monitor project delivery progress.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on data quality, efficiency, and reporting capabilities.

What You’ll Do
