Job summary

Alpha Technologies is seeking a Data Protection Analyst (Technical Writer) in Wrocław to compile, maintain, and proofread technical documentation and user manuals, including installation docs for updates. The role involves global coordination, preparing training material, and shaping a documentation strategy to disseminate information effectively.

You will work in an international environment, using your strong English skills (German a plus) and collaborating with stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

• Track record of experienced knowledge of technical writing in an enterprise environment.
• Excellent command in written and spoken English, knowledge of German is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and a highly client oriented attitude.
• Ability to analyse and understand complex systems and their dependencies.
• Ability to act as a team player and work independently in a global enterprise.
• Experience working in an international and highly complex environment with a high level of cultural awareness.
