Job summary

Allegro.eu S.A. is seeking a Mid-Level Product Manager to join the Marketplace - Partner Activation Tech Team.

You will shape strategic directions for our platform and integrate partner offerings with technology that handles millions of transactions daily. In this role you will own the full product lifecycle from vision to MVP validation and rollout, coordinate partnerships, work with ML/DS teams on data products, and collaborate with engineers, designers, and business units to ensure a

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Manager for complex digital products.
• Proven ability to operate in dynamic, agile environments with tech integration.
• Experience with ML/DS, data products and big data projects.
• Ability to align partner perspectives, technical needs, and user requirements into a roadmap.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of data transformation tools/languages such as SQL and Python.
• English at least B2 and Polish at least C1.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle from vision to MVP validation to rollout.
• Coordinate external partnerships ensuring seamless integration with Allegro infrastructure (payments, search, UX, loyalty).
• Collaborate with ML/DS teams to build data products for millions of Allegro Customers.
• Balance business vision with technical requirements to ensure scalable, secure, intuitive products.
• Work with engineers, UX designers and business units to maintain a consistent user experience.
