Job summary

The DPO Centre Ltd. is seeking a Data Protection Officer for Poland based in Poznań. This permanent, full-time role combines on-site client work with occasional travel within Poland and remote support where feasible.

Reporting to the Pod Leader, you will advise clients on GDPR obligations, create DPIAs and Privacy Notices, and lead training to ensure regulatory compliance while upholding confidentiality and professionalism across a multi-national client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a DPO with GDPR knowledge and multi-client work.
• Minimum C1 English proficiency and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within Poland and to work on-site with clients.

Responsibilities

• Fulfil the tasks of the designated role of DPO as defined by Article 39 of the GDPR
• Inform and advise organisations of their obligations
• Create and implement DPIAs, Privacy Notices and RoPAs
• Provide training and awareness workshops to clients
• Support clients in responding to individuals’ rights requests
• Maintain governance, accountability and risk information for clients
