Job summary

Orbia Advance Corporation is seeking a privacy/compliance professional to support its global privacy program. The role involves coordinating PIAs and DPIAs, managing data subject requests, and reviewing privacy terms across regions as part of a broader ethics and compliance function.

The position requires 3–5 years of experience, strong GDPR knowledge, and excellent English. Remote work opportunities are available within a global enterprise.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on data privacy and compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and practical privacy compliance.
• University degree, preferably in law.
• Experience reviewing contracts and data processing terms.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across cultures and functions.
• Integrity, sound judgement and respect for confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support the operation and continuous improvement of Orbia’s global privacy program.
• Conduct and coordinate PIAs, DPIAs and third‑party privacy reviews.
• Manage data subject rights requests with relevant stakeholders.
• Review data processing agreements and privacy‑related contractual terms.
• Support the assessment and documentation of personal data incidents.
• Maintain privacy documentation, data maps and records of processing activities.
• Monitor regulatory developments, including GDPR, NIS2, AI Act and Data Act.
• Develop privacy communications, awareness activities and training materials.
• Support contract reviews, legal research and other compliance projects when required.

Key Responsibilities
