Job summary

Wavin, part of Orbia’s Building & Infrastructure division, seeks an experienced Application Support professional to help optimize SAP VIM, SAP Concur and related finance tools in a global context. You will partner with Finance and IT teams across the Orbia group from Poznań, delivering value through better processes and user support.

The role emphasizes international collaboration, project involvement, and growth within the Orbia Shared Service Center, with a strong focus on SAP-based solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Support users of key business applications such as SAP VIM, SAP Concur, Coupa, ServiceNow and other digital finance solutions.
• Act as a trusted partner for business users and help them get the most out of the applications.
• Manage user access and application administration activities.
• Participate in the implementation of new functionalities and global projects.
• Coordinate testing activities and support user training.
• Collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders and external vendors to solve issues and improve processes.
• Contribute to the optimization and standardization of business processes across the Orbia Group.
• Support the ongoing growth and development of the Orbia Shared Service Center.

What will your typical week look like?

• Around 60% of your time will be focused on application support, user assistance and process improvements.
• Around 40% will involve international projects, implementation of new functionalities and collaboration with business stakeholders.
• You will work closely with different teams, mostly with Finance and IT across the Orbia Group.
• You will have the opportunity to influence how key finance and procurement applications are developed and used globally.

Our Requirements

• Experience working with SAP.
• Familiarity with SAP VIM or other similar software used for invoice processing.
• Experience in application support, business systems administration or application management.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Understanding of finance processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with international stakeholders.

• Familiarity with e-invoicing processes.
• Experience with SAP Concur, Coupa, ServiceNow or similar business applications.
• Product Owner experience.
