Job summary

Kingfisher is hiring a Data Protection Assistant in Kraków. You will process SARs and data requests, manage diaries to meet deadlines, and support the Data Protection team in GDPR compliance. The role involves liaising with data subjects, redacting requests, and assisting with legal records management.

Qualifications

• Processing Subject Access Requests and data requests in GDPR compliance.
• Liaising with data subjects and their representatives on non-complex requests.
• Supporting the Data Protection Partner and team initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Process SARs and data requests promptly and within GDPR deadlines.
• Check the Data Protection mailbox regularly and escalate as needed.
• Redact SARs and assist with redacting as required.
• Liaise with data subjects and representatives on non-complex requests.
• Support the Data Protection Partner and the team on legal initiatives.
• Assist with legal records management, filing and archiving.
• Support risk management and seek guidance where appropriate.
