Jobgether seeks a Data Platform Engineer (Mid-level) in Poland to transform a data and ML platform into a scalable, self-service environment. You will build pipelines, IaC modules, and reusable tooling to empower engineering teams across data, backend, and infrastructure domains.

You will own platform tooling and contribute to governance, documentation, and runbooks while collaborating with an experienced Data & AI team, shaping the roadmap for shared tooling in six months.

Qualifications

• Deployment path ownership end to end, including building pipelines and documenting with a runbook.
• Two years or more of professional experience in software, data, platform, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Practical working knowledge of Python and SQL.
• Experience with deployment pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Ability to navigate unfamiliar codebases and explain functionality.

Responsabilités

• Improve CI/CD pipelines by analyzing and adapting workflows for reliable delivery.
• Develop and extend infrastructure-as-code modules.
• Apply data governance standards for data services and infrastructure.
• Build reusable platform tooling and template repositories for easy pipeline launches.
• Create modular tools to simplify pipeline creation and standardize workflows.
• Write documentation, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides for engineers.
• Own data access workflows and governance for resources.
• Progress toward full ownership of template repositories and modules, including roadmap decisions.
• Collaborate across data, backend, and infrastructure teams to improve platform reliability.
• Incorporate AI-assisted development tools with careful review of generated code and reasoning.
