Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating a cloud analytical data platform (Snowflake/Databricks) with governance and compute management.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for building platform services.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation for production services.

Responsibilities

• Operate core platform capabilities: provisioning, deploy pipelines, access control, and service lifecycle management.
• Maintain integrations between platform services and internal systems (CI/CD, identity, secrets).
• Support governance work on Snowflake-based environment, including data masking and RBAC.
• Keep self-service tooling running: automate access provisioning and runbooks for platform users.
• Maintain observability: use telemetry and runbooks to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Participate in on-call rotation and triage production incidents.
• Document decisions and hand off work clearly at contract end.
