Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Snowflake Administrator / Data Platform Engineer to join a large-scale enterprise data initiative in Warsaw. You will own Snowflake environments, enforce RBAC security, and optimize performance while supporting data engineering and platform evolution.

You will collaborate with Data Engineers, Architects, and DevOps to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable data solutions. The role blends platform administration with hands-on data engineering in a hybrid work setup.

• Administer enterprise Snowflake environments.
• Manage users, roles, and security policies (RBAC).
• Monitor performance, usage, and cost optimization.
• Manage Snowflake accounts, databases, warehouses, sharing, and Marketplace integrations.
• Support automation, CI/CD, and IaC practices.
• Investigate and resolve platform, connectivity, security, and performance issues.
• Contribute to data governance standards and best practices.
• Support Data Engineering activities including ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and data product development.
• Work with Snowflake features like Snowpipe, Tasks, Snowpark, SQL, and dbt.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Architects, DevOps, and stakeholders.
