Job summary

GlobalLogic Kraków is seeking four senior data engineering specialists to implement and deliver platform capabilities for secure data discovery, access, and activation across enterprise systems and third-party providers.

You will contribute to solution design, build federated query services, and develop semantic and abstraction layers, while creating reusable APIs and maintaining performance, reliability, and scalability.

Qualifications

• Senior data engineering experience with large-scale platforms.
• Experience delivering data virtualization, federation, or semantic layers.
• Strong Python and data engineering fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Implement data virtualization and federation capabilities.
• Build federated query services and semantic/abstraction layers.
• Create reusable APIs and access services for data platforms.
• Perform performance tuning, scalability, reliability, and operational support.
• Contribute to platform design and technology decisions with hands-on expertise.
• Collaborate with architecture team to guide implementation choices.
