Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a data-focused professional to manage client account data and drive accurate conversions. You will collect, organize, and analyze data, review submissions for completeness, and maintain documentation across the implementation lifecycle.

The role requires 5+ years in data analysis or client onboarding, strong Python/SQL/Excel skills, and excellent written and verbal communication to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, MIS, IT, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of data analysis, investment operations, client implementation, account services, or financial services technology.
• Experience with account onboarding, system configuration, data controls, or implementation testing.
• Strong analytical skills to review large data sets for accuracy and consistency.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel, data profiling, and reconciliation techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to translate data issues into actions.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze client account data to support conversions.
• Review data for completeness, consistency, and alignment with requirements.
• Maintain and update data artifacts and implementation documentation.
• Support configuration of account attributes and business rules in workflows.
• Perform data profiling, reconciliation, and validation across systems.
• Investigate data exceptions and document root causes and resolutions.
• Partner with leads and teams to clarify data requirements and resolve dependencies.
• Support testing cycles by preparing test data and validating results.
• Apply data controls to ensure accurate and timely account activity.
• Document field definitions and population rules for consistent interpretation.
• Monitor readiness and escalate blockers affecting testing or production.
• Support post-go-live remediation and coordination with stakeholders.
• Contribute to reusable standards and best practices for implementations.
