Job summary

ALTEN Polska is seeking a skilled Data Modeller to design and maintain data models for an analytical data platform. You will work with data modelers, data architects, analysts and the delivery team to define data products and ensure data quality and governance.

You will design conceptual, logical and physical models, map sources to targets, and implement robust data integrity rules. Collaboration with architecture and engineering teams is essential to deliver scalable, high-value data solutions.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of data modelling for operational and analytical systems.
• Experience with Data Vault 2.0, Star Schema, and 3NF modelling.
• Proficient in data profiling, data analysis on relational and semi-structured data (JSON, XML).
• Strong ability to elicit and translate requirements into scalable data models.
• Good understanding of data governance, quality standards and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop conceptual, logical and physical data models to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into modelling solutions.
• Coordinate with data analysts and source system experts for data requirements.
• Ensure data mappings support performant, value-driven data products.
• Participate in architecture discussions to align with design standards.
• Keep up with emerging data technologies and trends.
