Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking a Data Modeler/Designer to shape the organization's data architecture strategy and deliver scalable data solutions. You will work with data engineers, data scientists, and IT teams to define data models and architectures that power analytics and reporting.

Applicants should have strong data modeling expertise, experience with Snowflake/Redshift/BigQuery, and proficiency in Python and SQL, with English mandatory and German a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
• Strong expertise in Data Modeling and Design including conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for querying and managing databases.
• Proven experience designing and managing Data Warehouses on Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure data solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data models and structures for analytics and reporting.
• Drive data management innovations and best practices across data pipelines and systems.
• Evaluate technologies for data storage, processing, and analysis with a view to long-term scalability.
