Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Data Modeler/Designer to shape data architecture strategy and deliver scalable data solutions across cloud platforms. You will work with data engineers, scientists, and IT teams to create robust data models, enable advanced analytics, and ensure data governance across diverse sources.

This role requires strong Python/SQL skills, experience with Snowflake/Redshift/BigQuery, and English fluency. Hybrid work model in Poland is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., CS, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics).
• Strong expertise in Data Modeling and Design (conceptual, logical, physical).
• Knowledge of Kimball, Data Vault, and Inmon methodologies is essential.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for querying and managing databases.
• Experience designing and managing Data Warehouses on Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
• Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure data models and structures to power analytics and reporting.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and IT teams to define robust data models and data governance.
• Oversee integration of diverse data sources, ensuring quality and consistency across pipelines.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies for storage, processing, and analysis balancing short-term needs with long-term scalability.
• Provide thought leadership on data architecture, performance optimization, and data governance.
