Job description

Data is a critical enabler of Euroclear’s strategy execution. It underpins many of the organisation’s strategic priorities—from client centricity and commercial effectiveness to operational excellence and innovation up to resilience, regulatory compliance and effective risk management.

This role is part of the organisation of the Chief Data Officer (CDO) who plays a pivotal leadership role in mobilising the organisation around data as a shared asset, ensuring that data is effectively leveraged to deliver tangible business outcomes. As such, the CDO organisation’s mission aligns around following key angles:

  • Ensuring business ownership and adoption, not just governance - Create alignment and engagement across business and IT, positioning data as a common language and shared responsibility.
  • Delivering measurable impact through disciplined execution – Delivering tangible and measurable value from data.
  • Building a connected, data-driven organisation - Drive the organisation’s data maturity journey, moving from fragmented practices towards a coherent, value-driven data ecosystem.
