Job summary

ING Hubs Türkiye is seeking a Data Analyst to join a Credit Risk Reporting squad focused on mortgage data, testing, reconciliation, and data quality assurance in an international team. The role blends hands-on data analysis with mortgage knowledge and strong English communication.

You will work with business and technical stakeholders to ensure data completeness and accuracy for reporting, contributing to a large-scale transformation within the mortgage domain.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent with 2–5 years in data analysis or reporting.
• Hands-on SQL and large datasets experience.
• Knowledge of mortgage products and lending process is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient English communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and validate mortgage and Credit Risk data.
• Perform data reconciliation between sources and identify discrepancies.
• Test completeness, accuracy and consistency of data for Credit Risk reporting.
• Investigate data quality issues and support resolution.
• Document test results and provide evidence of data correctness.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders involved in data and reporting.
