Job summary

ING Hubs Poland is seeking a Data Analyst to join a Credit Risk Reporting squad focusing on large-scale mortgage data transformation. You will analyze, validate, reconcile and test data to ensure accuracy and completeness across reporting processes.

We value strong SQL skills, experience with SAS/Python, and English proficiency; knowledge of mortgage products and data warehousing is a plus. This role requires collaboration with international stakeholders in an English-speaking environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience (2–5 years) in data analysis or reporting.
• Experience in data analysis, data validation and data quality.
• Hands-on with SQL and large datasets.
• Good English (C1 preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate mortgage and Credit Risk data.
• Perform data reconciliation between data sources and identify discrepancies.
• Test completeness, accuracy and consistency of data for Credit Risk reporting.
• Investigate data quality issues and support their resolution.
• Explain data differences from both technical and business perspectives.
• Prepare and execute data testing and validation activities.
• Document test results and evidence of data correctness.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders involved in data and reporting processes.
