Job summary

ING Hubs Poland is seeking a Credit Risk Reporting Analyst to join the Private Individuals Reporting Squad. You will develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, translate stakeholder needs into actionable reports, and work with IRB PD, LGD, EAD and IFRS 9 metrics.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Master’s in a relevant field, strong SQL skills, and professional English. You will contribute to data-driven decision making in a dynamic banking environment in Poland.

We Are Looking For You If You Have

Information About The Squad

We are looking for a Credit Risk Reporting Analyst to join the Private Individual Reporting Squad within CoE Reporting and RiskHub Poland. The squad is responsible for Credit Risk Reporting across the Private Individuals portfolio, including mortgage lending, consumer finance and private banking. We combine Credit Risk knowledge with data analysis and hands‑on Power BI development. Our work focuses on analysing portfolio developments, understanding the story behind the data and translating reporting needs into clear and effective dashboards. We work in an international environment and offer the opportunity to further develop both Credit Risk expertise and technical reporting skills.
