ING Hubs Poland is hiring for a data analytics role within the Credit Risk Model Development team. The position involves solving data-related challenges across functions, owning end-to-end initiatives from requirements to implementation, and navigating a highly regulated environment.

You will analyze data quality, translate results into actionable business insights, coordinate cross-functional activities, and prepare high-quality reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, data governance, data quality, risk management, or similar analytical roles.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills for analysis, reporting, communication and project management.
• Experience in regulated environments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Analyze data quality results and identify trends, root causes, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Interpret analytical findings and translate them into meaningful business insights and actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure alignment between stakeholders, requirements, and deliverables.
• Gather, challenge, and align business and regulatory requirements with relevant stakeholders.
• Facilitate discussions, drive decisions, and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and decision materials using Microsoft Office tools.
• Ensure timely communication and reporting to stakeholders.
• Track project progress, dependencies, risks, actions, and deliverables.
• Document methodologies, governance processes, requirements, decisions, and outcomes.
• Continuously challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and simplification.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
