Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group seeks a Data Lead / BI Manager to design and deliver enterprise data solutions using Microsoft Fabric while mentoring the data team. You will work with clients and stakeholders to shape the Fabric practice.

You will design architectures across Lakehouse, Warehouse, and Medallion patterns, build semantic models, and implement ETL/ELT pipelines, delivering Power BI reporting with robust governance and security practices in a remote-first setup.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering enterprise data and BI solutions using Microsoft technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure data stack.
• Experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
• Experience working with clients and running workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops and translate business needs into scalable data and analytics solutions.
• Design end-to-end architectures using Microsoft Fabric and Azure.
• Build and oversee data platforms, semantic models, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Deliver modern reporting solutions integrated with Power BI.
• Define and promote engineering standards, data governance, security, and architectural best practices.
• Provide technical leadership through mentoring, reviews, and coaching.
• Support recruitment and capability building within the Data team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions.
