Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Data Architect to enhance and govern enterprise data platforms using MS Fabric, Azure and Power BI. You will design scalable data pipelines, mentor a team of engineers, and collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver high‑impact analytics solutions.

The role requires strong English, deep technical expertise in Microsoft data tools, and a track record of delivering complex data projects in hybrid environments.

Qualifications

C1-level English (written and spoken). 5+ years of experience in a similar role delivering enterprise‑class data solutions.
Expert skills in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform and Azure (ADF, Synapse, Analysis Services).
Hands‑on experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) and system integration.
Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design and enhance the data platform with SQL/NoSQL databases and Azure-based ETL (ADF).
Integrate diverse data sources and products to maintain a reliable, well‑governed data ecosystem.
Develop Power BI reports and automate business processes using Power Platform and AI-driven solutions.
Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications for delivery teams.
Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, overseeing end‑to‑end data solution delivery.
