co.brick Talents is seeking an experienced Data Governance Expert to join a project focused on establishing enterprise-wide governance across a complex organization. You will define frameworks, operating models, and processes to strengthen data quality, ownership, and trust with business and technology stakeholders.

Key work includes assessing governance maturity, defining ownership, and delivering a prioritized implementation roadmap.

Competenze

• Proven experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, and Metadata Management.
• Familiarity with DAMA-DMBOK and DCAM frameworks.
• Experience with Master & Reference Data Management and related tools.

For our client, we are looking for an experienced Data Governance Expert to join a project focused on defining and strengthening enterprise-wide Data Governance for a complex, multi-entity organization. You will play a pivotal role in establishing governance frameworks, operating models, and processes to improve data quality, ownership, consistency, and trust across business units. In this role, you will work directly with business and technology stakeholders, leading governance assessments and defining a prioritized implementation roadmap.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess existing data governance maturity, identifying gaps in ownership, policies, processes, and controls.
• Define enterprise data governance frameworks, operating models, decision rights, and escalation processes.
• Establish data ownership, stewardship responsibilities, and accountability across priority data domains.
• Develop data quality standards, KPIs, metadata, business glossary, and data lineage practices.
• Lead stakeholder workshops and deliver a prioritized governance implementation roadmap.

Key Technologies & Requirements:

• Proven experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, and Metadata Management.
• Familiarity with frameworks and methodologies such as DAMA-DMBOK and DCAM.
• Experience with Master & Reference Data Management.
• Hands-on knowledge of tools such as Collibra, Informatica, and Microsoft Purview.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1), enabling seamless communication with international stakeholders.

Project Setup & Offer:

• Rate: 200 - 230 PLN/h (B2B)
• Location: Remote (includes a mandatory 1-week onboarding in Riyadh)
