SNI sp. z o.o. is seeking a Data Governance Consultant to translate business needs into a practical governance approach using Purview or Fabric. The role focuses on enabling adoption, enabling data stewards and consumers to discover, publish and rely on data products.

You will design workshops, maintain governance artifacts, and clearly explain concepts to both business and technical audiences while keeping up with platform changes.

• Solid understanding of data governance and data products.
• Ability to translate business needs into governance in Purview or Fabric.
• Ability to explain governance concepts to business and technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Take business needs from advisory or stakeholder teams and turn it into a workable governance approach.
• Turn needs into a governance approach in Purview or Fabric with options and trade-offs.
• Support adoption: help stewards and consumers discover, publish and rely on data products.
• Design and facilitate workshops that align stakeholders.
• Produce and maintain reference artifacts such as runbooks and governance frameworks.
• Explain governance concepts clearly so non-specialists can make decisions.
• Keep learning as the platform changes and continuously improve the solution.

For one of our international Client we are looking for a Data Governance Consultant.

You translate business needs to platform implementation: when a team brings a business need, you translate it into a workable governance approach, then support the enablement and adoption. You understand the business purpose behind a data catalog and data governance, and how to tell whether it is succeeding, well enough to shape the right approach rather than just execute instructions.

Scope:

• Take a business need from advisory or stakeholder teams and turn it into a workable governance approach in Purview or Fabric, including options and trade-offs.
• Support adoption. Help stewards and consumers discover, publish and rely on data products, and make usage visible.
• Design and facilitate workshops that align stakeholders
• Produce and maintain reference artifacts such as runbooks, governance frameworks and feature-watch, and keep them current.
• Explain governance concepts clearly so non-specialists can make and defend decisions.
• Spot lagging adoption or understanding and act on it early.
• Keep learning as the platform changes, and continuously work on improving the current solution.

• Data product concepts: ownership, lifecycle, usability, trust
• Translating business needs into a workable governance approach
• Stakeholder communication across business and technical audiences
• Adoption and enablement: workshops, documentation, supporting usage
