The Role

Create AI-driven automations for internal purposes

The ideal candidate is an experienced individual, who enjoys optimizing data systems and building them from the ground up.

Will support our software developers and data scientists on data initiatives and will ensure optimal data delivery architecture is consistent throughout ongoing projects.

The right candidate will be excited by the prospect of optimizing or even re-designing our company’s data architecture to support our next generation of products and data initiatives.

Building pipelines for AI and algorithmic models

Develop a comprehensive plan and implementation involving data ingestion, transformation, storage, and access control

Build scalable and reusable frameworks for efficient data ingestion.

Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data pipeline by implementing robust validation and cleansing mechanisms.

Work with event-based and streaming technologies for real-time data processing.

Provide technical leadership and support, addressing technical challenges and guiding the team during migration and post-migration phases.

Stay current with advancements in cloud computing, data engineering, and analytics technologies to recommend best practices and industry standards for data lake implementations.

Starting from 20.000 - 30.000 PLN/month +VAT on a B2B contract

What is Required

At least 2-3 years of professional experience

Experience in working with Azure, GCP, (optional - Databricks)

Fluent written and verbal communication in English

At least bachelor degree in STEM; preferably computer science

Strong background in data modeling and source system analysis

Proficiency in SQL, Python

Ability to perform data profiling, cataloging, and mapping for designing and constructing data flows

Experience with data visualization and exploration tools

Proven ability to provide technical leadership and guidance

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable data science solutions

Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Effective team player with outstanding interpersonal and collaboration skills
