Job summary

RITS Group приглашает Middle Data Engineer для развития в области обработки неструктурированных данных, построения конвейеров данных и современных AI-решений. Кандидат должен владеть Python и/или Rust, иметь опыт работы с векторными базами данных (Qdrant), эмбеддингами и семантическим поиском, а также опытом работы с REST API и архитектурой на основе событий.

Позиция предполагает гибридный режим работы из Варшавы и сотрудничество по модели B2B.

Qualifications

• Наличие прочной основы в data engineering и практический подход к решению задач.
• Опыт построения пайплайнов и сервисов обработки данных.
• Знания векторных баз данных, особенно Qdrant, эмбеддинги и семантический поиск.
• Опыт работы с REST API; знание FastAPI приветствуется.
• Навыки событийно-ориентированной архитектуры (Kafka, Pub/Sub).
• Хорошее знание Linux и реляционных БД (PostgreSQL).
• Ниже приведенных технологий может не быть; главное — способность учиться и расти в области неструктурированных данных и AI.

Responsibilities

• Разработка и поддержка пайплайнов для обработки данных и неструктурированных источников.
• Участие в проектах по векторной обработке данных и внедрении AI-решений.
• Работа с RESTful сервисами, интеграция с внешними и внутренними API.

• Good knowledge of Python and/or Rust.
• Experience building pipelines and data processing services.
• Practical knowledge of vector databases, especially Qdrant.
• Knowledge of embeddings, semantic search, metadata filtering, and indexing.
• Experience working with REST APIs; knowledge of FastAPI is welcome.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture, e.g. Kafka or Pub/Sub.
• Good knowledge of Linux.
• Knowledge of relational databases, e.g. PostgreSQL.
• We do not expect you to know all the technologies listed. The most important things are a solid foundation in data engineering, a practical approach to problem-solving, and a willingness to grow in the areas of unstructured data and artificial intelligence.

• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD;
• Knowledge of GCP and tools such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, or Pub/Sub;
• Experience with Apache Airflow, Spark, or Beam;
• Knowledge of OCR, audio transcription, and document conversion solutions;
• Knowledge of graph databases, e.g. Neo4j;
• Experience with Knowledge Graph, GraphRAG, or conventional RAG solutions

Условия

Cooperation model: B2B. Rate: PLN 147.20/hour. Hybrid cooperation from Warsaw, depending on project needs.
