Job summary

Flextronics - The Flex Company in Poland seeks a Data Engineer to support SpinCo, based in Tczew. You will analyze data, build predictive models, and deliver analytics that guide decision-making for digital infrastructure and AI data centers.

This role focuses on data integration, Big Data, dashboards, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams to ensure reliable operations and scalable analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 2-3 years of experience in IT business analyst function and database administration responsibilities.
• Good Polish & English language skills.
• Eligibility to work in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Participate in implementation and enhancement of business applications and system functionalities.
• Develop and apply statistical, predictive, and machine learning models for real-time decision-making.
• Perform data analysis using advanced analytical methods and tools to address business challenges and opportunities.
• Collect, integrate, and transform structured and unstructured data from multiple sources using Big Data technologies.
• Design and implement data-driven solutions to identify patterns, optimize processes, and improve business performance.
• Create, analyze, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for internal and external stakeholders.
