Job summary

Flex operates as a leading global electronics manufacturer and solutions provider. We are seeking a Data Engineer to join our Poland-based team in Tczew to empower data-driven decision making through analytics, Big Data, and ML models.

You will develop data-driven solutions, maintain data pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, scalable analytics. Strong SQL, Python, and BI tool experience are preferred, along with Polish and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 2–3 years of experience in IT business analyst functions and database administration responsibilities.
• Good Polish & English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Support business decision-making through analytics, Big Data technologies, and predictive modeling.
• Develop and apply statistical, predictive, and machine learning models for real-time decisions.
• Collect, integrate, and transform data from multiple sources using Big Data technologies.
• Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for stakeholders.
