Kingfisher is seeking a Data Engineer in Kraków to design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines and data platforms. You will collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and product teams to ensure data is accessible, reliable and well-governed across Kingfisher's data ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python and SQL with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Spark, PySpark or Scala for data processing.
• Design, build and maintain production-grade data pipelines and solutions.
• Understanding of data modelling and transformation concepts.
• Experience with DBT or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Familiarity with Databricks, BigQuery or Azure Data Factory.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Git and Infrastructure as Code.
• Understanding of data quality, monitoring and automated testing.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams and communicate clearly.
• Excellent command of English.
