Zusammenfassung

BIC World is seeking a data-oriented professional to manage monthly customer data, generate sales reports, and build data dictionaries that enable insights across distributors, customers, and product categories. You will train teams on SFA tools and contribute to automated reporting for the sales organization.

The ideal candidate has a science background, exceptional Excel (VBA) skills, Power BI expertise, and SQL database experience; Cognos and JDE ERP familiarity are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Science with advanced English
• MS Excel with VBA proficiency
• Power BI experience (Query, Pivot)
• SQL database familiarity (advantage)
• Cognos experience (advantage)
• ERP familiarity (JDE is an advantage)

Aufgaben

• Manage monthly Customer data (sell-in / sell-out) and ensure data coherence
• Prepare regular sales reports and analyses by DOS, customers, and product categories
• Create and maintain data dictionaries for products and customer hierarchies
• Provide Sales Reports trainings to various functions
• Assist in tools development and automation to improve efficiency
• Integrate data from different sources for sell-in and sell-out
• Excel-based tools for Sales Reps and data handling
